Can I return my Twinkle Tote?
Absolutely! We want you to love your Twinkle Tote. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of your purchase.

What are the return eligibility requirements?

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and unaltered.
  • Tags must still be attached.
  • Items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How do I initiate a return?
1. Contact us at hello@twinkletotes.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll reply with detailed return instructions.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your store credit, or exchange.


Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Allow up to 10 business days for store credit or an exchange to be processed.
