How long does it take to ship my order?
We process orders within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We ship from Western Australia, and flat-rate shipping costs are as follows:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to check your order status anytime. Please note that tracking details may take up to 48 hours to activate.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived after:
14 days for locations in Australia
21 days for New Zealand
